Campground Rules at Fawn Lake Campground & RV Park

At Fawn Lake Campground & RV Park, we implement strict rules to ensure the proper functioning of the campground, guarantee the safety of all guests, and foster a community built on trust and respect. These guidelines help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone, allowing us to provide a memorable and harmonious camping experience.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Campfire Regulations

Fire Ring Use: Campfires must be kept in a fire ring and attended at all times. Always fully extinguish your campfire before leaving it unattended or going to sleep to ensure everyone's safety and prevent wildfires.

Wood and Vegetation

No Taking Wood from Other Campsites: Do not take wood from other campsites; each camper must provide their own firewood.

No Cutting of Trees or Underbrush: Preserve the natural environment by refraining from cutting any trees or underbrush.

No Trimming or Dragging Wood: Do not trim or drag any wood, whether alive or dead, as it disrupts the ecosystem.

Protect Trees: Avoid digging, cutting, or sticking objects into trees to prevent damage and maintain the campground's natural beauty.

Fireworks

No Fireworks or Explosives: For safety and tranquility, fireworks and explosives are strictly prohibited. They pose fire hazards and disrupt the peaceful environment.

Lake Rules

No Motors on the Lake: To maintain tranquility, motorized boats are prohibited to keep the lake peaceful. This policy helps reduce pollution and disturbances, preserving wildlife and water quality. Enjoy non-motorized activities like kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and fishing for a serene and eco-friendly experience.

Tree Protection

Do not hang lanterns in trees.

Do not dig, cut, or stick knives, hatchets, or nails into trees.

Pet Policies

Pets Must Be on a Leash at All Times: Keep pets leashed at all times for everyone's safety and comfort.

Dogs Need to Be Controlled and Non-Violent: Ensure dogs are well-behaved and non-violent to maintain a safe environment.

Clean Up After Pets: Dispose of pet waste properly to keep the campground clean.

Do Not Leave Pets Unattended: Never leave pets alone in the campground to prevent distress and disturbances.

Minimize Barking: Ensure pets do not bark excessively to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Notice: To avoid charges, please cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date. This allows us to offer the site to other guests.

Charges for Late Cancellations: If you do not cancel within this timeframe, you will be charged for one night's stay, including tax. This policy helps us manage occupancy and ensures fair availability for all campers.

Holiday Reservation Policy: During holiday periods, our cancellation policy is stricter due to high demand.

Charges for Holiday Cancellations: If you do not cancel your holiday reservation, you will be charged for the full 3-day stay. This policy ensures that our sites are used efficiently during peak times and accommodates as many guests as possible.
